New to me. I am ashamed.

   I had never before seen or heard of this band. They aren't  new to the music industry either, which makes me feel stupid. The two partners in question, Trevor Kelly and Rachel Taylor, began their musical debut in 2009. I just learned of the band yesterday and feel very much jipped.  I think Rachel's voice is beyond talented in the "Auto-tune NOT needed" kind of way.  Her lyrical style reminds me of an early version of Avril Lavigne.  Needless to say, I am completely obsessed with this song.  <3

Alright guys. Welcome back to another blog. This one will have no rhyme or reason. If one day I am spouting off about Winnie the Pooh and the next I'm in league with Pirates, you guys are gonna have to roll with the punches. Expect the unexpected. Nothing is as it seems.  =]

Here's a poem I recently conceived.  It came to me while walking around late at night.

     Templates of marriage
fill-in-the-blanks
     We all bow before the Queen
of Love.
     The feeling of being accepted
Pronounced to your
     Soul Mate.
All the eyes are watching
     for mistakes.
There are no erasers
     only papers
     to be served.
Was it true to begin with
     or was it just
a feeling of
     contentment?

If only I could befriend these guys...
